SFO 534. Nice deal!

I don’t see where this comes from… maybe you have tried once or twice? Oops, maybe once?

Wear zipped pants or you’ll lose your wallet and phone

Probably a reference to the well known Asian cultural component of deference and how it has been found many times to be the primary cause of airline disasters, Asiana 214 included. Ask any flight instructor or evaluator how many Asian students are failed simply because when tested and they acknowledge a safety issue, they don’t speak up.

Flew from LAX to DEL via PVG in the last month on China Eastern Airlines for 0. I didn’t have any problems. If you’re wanting to visit India it’s a good deal.

Then which airline should I fly? Americans?

does anyone know if i can stay at a layover longer? Like one of the layover is in Guangzhou, is it possible for me to dtay there for like 2-3 days for this deal?

It depends on the airline. You should look into booking a multi-city trip in one of the hubs (Guangzhou, Shanghai or Beijing) of the 3 mainland China airlines. Sometimes it can be had for very cheap (under for a 2-3 day layover) while other times it can add hundreds of dollars. I would use Kayak as they are usually the best from my experience when searching for a multi-city ticket.
Thanks for this info! I will take a look at it.
check visa requirements. the maximum duration of your visa-free transit varies from city to city in china, and you may not be permitted to leave the city.

Don’t listen to the idiots on this thread. All major Chinese carriers (AC,CS,CE, Hainan) have a better or similar safety record than American carriers (as measured by aviation bodies in the EU, FAA and elsewhere.

Have you ever left the basement in your mom’s house, you adult baby?

Out of these 3 airlines, don’t take China Eastern. Just don’t.
